Our cushioned watch holders accommodate case diameters from 34mm up to 54mm and beyond. If you own a watch with a very large case, thick bracelet, or integrated strap, contact us before ordering and we will confirm fit.
How many turns per day (TPD) does my watch need?
Most automatic movements require between 600 and 900 turns per day. Check your watch manufacturer's specifications, or ask us and we will help you choose the right setting.
What rotation direction should I use?
Clockwise, counter-clockwise, or bi-directional — configurable to match your movement's specific requirements.
How long does delivery take?
Standard shipping takes 15–25 business days at no cost. Premium express delivery (5–15 business days) is available at checkout for an additional fee.
What is your return and warranty policy?
Every Maison Cadence winder is covered by a 2-year warranty on all components. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging.
